SpeakerPhoneEx is an Android app developed by AndroidM8 (Dekwaneh, New Rawda. Bldg. No 284. Beirut, Lebanon.).

SpeakerPhoneEx first became available on 30 Nov 2013. It is estimated that SpeakerPhoneEx has been downloaded between 100000 and 500000 times from the Play Store.

SpeakerPhoneEx 1.27 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows modification of the telephony state - power on, mmi, etc. Does not include placing calls.

Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
